Vegetarian Stir-fry Recipe

– Mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, etc.) – Tofu or tempeh, cubed – Soy sauce – Sesame oil – Garlic, minced – Ginger, grated – Brown rice or noodle

Ingredients: 

Cook brown rice or noodles according to package instructions.

In a wok or large pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for a minute. 

3.

Add tofu or tempeh cubes and cook until golden brown. 

4.

 Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.

5.

Pour soy sauce over the vegetables and tofu, toss well.
