Recipes For Vegetarian Quinoa Stir-fry

– 1 cup cooked quinoa – 2 tablespoons soy sauce – 1 tablespoon sesame oil – 1 tablespoon vegetable oil – 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas) – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon grated ginger – 1/4 cup chopped green onion – Sesame seeds for garnish

Ingredients: 

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.

Stir in cooked quinoa, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
