Recipes For Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

– 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast – 1 packet taco seasoning – 1 cup chicken broth – 1 cup salsa – 1 onion, diced – 1 bell pepper, sliced – Tortillas and taco toppings (cheese, lettuce, sour cream, etc.)

Ingredients: 

Place chicken breasts into the slow cooker.

Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.

Add chicken broth, salsa, diced onion, and sliced bell pepper. 

3.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds.

Shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the sauce. 

5.

Serve in tortillas with your preferred taco toppings.
