Recipes For Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened – 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – 1/3 cup packed brown sugar – 1 large egg – 2 tablespoons milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients: 

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for rolling) – 48 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, roll them in granulated sugar, and place them on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
