Recipes For Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened – 1 cup packed brown sugar – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oat – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup raisin

Ingredients: 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Fold in the raisins.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
