Recipes For Grilled Citrus Herb Chicken

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast – Juice and zest of 2 lemon – 3 cloves of garlic, minced – 2 tablespoons freshly chopped rosemary – 2 tablespoons freshly chopped thyme – Salt and pepper to taste – 2 tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients: 

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush each side with olive oil.
