– Quinoa, cooked – Black beans, drained and rinsed – Cherry tomatoes, halved – Cucumber, diced – Red onion, finely chopped – Avocado, diced – Cilantro, chopped – Lime juice – Olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients: 

In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans.

Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
