– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – Salt and pepper to taste – Lemon wedges for serving


Combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade. 

1.Marinate the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 

2.Preheat the Grill

– Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.

3.Grill the Chicken

Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving platter. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs or serve with lemon wedges.


Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender. Garnish with green onions if desired.
