Homemade Bolognese Sauce Recipes

– 1 finely chopped onion – 2 cloves minced garlic – 1 grated carrot – 1 finely chopped celery stalk – 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoe – 1/2 cup red wine (optional) – 2 tablespoons tomato paste – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1 teaspoon dried basil – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 lb spaghetti, cooked acco

Ingredients: 

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, draining excess fat.

Add onions, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, red wine, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Simmer for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serve the Bolognese sauce over cooked spaghetti.
