Classic Fruit Smoothie Recipe

– 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) – 1 ripe banana – 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup of almond milk (or any preferred type of milk) – 1 tablespoon of honey (adjust according to taste) – 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract – Ice cubes (optional)

Ingredients: 

Begin by peeling the banana and placing it, along with the frozen mixed berries, in a blender.

 Spoon in the plain Greek yogurt.

Add the almond milk or your milk of choice.

Drizzle the honey into the mixture, adjusting the quantity based on your sweetness preference.

Include the vanilla extract for a subtle enhancement of flavor.

Blend all the ingredients until a smooth consistency is achieved. If the mixture is too thick, consider adding more milk.

For a colder and thicker texture, optionally incorporate ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
