Chili Recipes For Vegetarians

– 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed – 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed – 1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained – 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoe – 1 onion, diced – 1 bell pepper, diced – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 cup vegetable broth – 2 tablespoons chili powder – 1 teaspoon cumin – Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients: 

Combine black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic in the slow cooker.

Pour vegetable broth over the mixture.

Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
