– 1 1/2 pounds ground beef – 1 cup breadcrumb – 1 cup milk – 1/2 cup ketchup – 1/4 cup finely chopped onion – 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (green or red) – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 2 large eggs, beaten – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 


Prepare Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, beaten eggs 


Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
